Award-winning American screen actress Katey Sagal is recovering at a hospital after being hit by a car while crossing the street in Los Angeles on Thursday, according to reports.
Sagal, 67, was hit by a Tesla around 11:40 a.m. local time and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries, TMZ first reported Friday.
The driver of the vehicle didn’t see her while making a left turn, the outlet said, but stopped to help after the accident.
Police apparently did not make any arrests or issue any citations.
The actress was in good condition and is expected to be released to go home, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Sagal is perhaps best known for her Golden-Globe winning role on the series Sons of Anarchy, and more recently guest-starred on shows including Shameless and Dead to Me.
A representative for the actress declined to comment to Forbes.
